MolMed has two investigational anticancer therapies in clinical trials: TK and NGR-hTNF. TK is in Phase III for high-risk leukaemia adult patients receiving bone marrow transplant from partially compatible donors (haplo-transplant) NGR-hTNF is in Phase III for malignant pleural mesothelioma, and in Phase II for different types of solid tumours: - colorectal carcinoma - hepatocellular carcinoma - small-cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) - non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) - ovarian carcinoma For each type of tumour, there are different therapeutic options: these are evaluated and chosen by physicians according to several patient-specific and tumour-specific parameters. Both TK and NGR-hTNF are new investigational therapies, thus not yet available on the market. As such, they are administered to patients recruited in a clinical trial, which is run in one or more authorised Clinical Centres where patient recruitment is evaluated according to specific criteria. Under no circumstances is MolMed involved in the selection of patients to be recruited, nor is the Company entitled to indicate preferred therapeutic options as an alternative to the physician’s choice.
